Honestly, need I say more?
This recipe is something I got from tweaking recipes from different sources until I came to this one. I am sure that there are 100s of BBQ marinade recipes out there, but this is the one that I use and that has thus far gotten rave reviews.

Ingredients
- Meats (I use chicken cuts or pork mostly)
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Soy Sauce
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tsp garlic powder OR 3 coarsely chopped garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Red Pepper Flakes
Method
1. Combine all ingredients in a food-safe bowl and whisk together to help sugar dissolve.
2. Pour over meat in a container (food safe plastic bag or bowl works well).
3. In terms of time, let meat marinade for a minimum of 30 minutes in the fridge and to a maximum of 2 days for chicken cuts and 5 days for pork cuts.
Easy, peasy, pudding pie.
